Thank you for visiting Knox Prairie Community Kitchen (KPCK). We are a not-for-profit 501(c)3 volunteer organization in Galesburg, Illinois. Our mission is to serve our neighbors nutritious food with dignity and respect.
We strengthen our community by sharing meals, and by engaging in outreach and educational activities related to food insecurity.
