The Knox Prairie Community Kitchen would be nothing without the support of those in this community. From the people who help before, during, and after the dinners to those who come to share a delicious meal and good company, we are so grateful and deserve to be shown off!

On this night, we had a small but mighty group of volunteers help us out (plus, it was a cold winter evening, so they kicked it two times)!	The invaluable kitchen crew of KPCK who order, pick up & prepare each homemade meal.

Though few people see the behind the scenes help that's given, those who wash & sanitize the dishes during the rush of the evening deserve praise & accolades! But, they do it all with smiles and good cheer.	Joyce putting the finishing touches to the desserts.
Our Friendsgiving - Thanksgiving meal set a record of number of people we served. In total, 262 people had a hot, deicilious made-with-love/care/kindness dinner that evening.	One of our goals at the KPCK dinners is to bring people together to enjoy the social aspects of sharing a meal.
Odette has been volunteering with the KPCK since 2014; always a smile to share, she loves giving back & helping others.	At 99, Lucille walks to our dinners and loves being able to have a good meal with good people!
The Clark's make volunteering a family event and we are so grateful for their support.	Our volunteers love what they do & it shows!
